- DC Advisory was exclusively engaged by MSQ to provide M&A advisory services for its cross-border acquisition of Arke
- By leveraging its expertise in the Marketing Services and Digital Transformation sectors and strong cross-border capabilities, DC Advisory delivered comprehensive support, including strategic advice, valuation analysis, and end-to-end project management, coordinating across multiple jurisdictions to execute the transaction
Outcome
- The transaction closed in December 2025
- The addition of Arke significantly enhances MSQ DX’s presence in North America, bringing an 80-person team based in Atlanta and a delivery hub in Florianópolis, Brazil
- This expansion complements MSQ DX’s established capabilities across the UK and Europe, creating an integrated network of over 600 digital specialists that generates more than $80m in revenue and serves leading global brands including, Porsche, Bosch, Vodafone, Caesars Entertainment, and the CFA Institute
- Arke’s integration not only increases MSQ DX’s scale and reach, but also unlocks broader opportunities for multidisciplinary services for MSQ’s North American clients, including Chase, Mars, Booking.com, and Coca-Cola. It also provides Arke’s clients with access to MSQ’s recognized creative and performance expertise through its New York hub and beyond
