• DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to OME on its sale to Archer Review
• During the transaction, DC Advisory worked closely with OME to run a tailored process and ensure a successful outcome

Outcome

• Archer Review, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, acquired OME in March 2025
• Together, the combined organization will create a comprehensive tech-enabled learning ecosystem for health care professionals, bridging the gap between medical education and the workforce
• OME marks Archer's first acquisition under the ownership of Leeds
