DC Advisory advises OOHPod on its Series A Fundraise from a syndicate of institutional investors and family offices

Background

  • Headquartered in Dublin, OOHPod is a smart parcel locker solution designed to address the challenges of the “last mile” of a delivery, providing sustainable infrastructure solutions
  • OOHPod offers couriers and consumers an environmentally friendly last mile delivery solution and has a network of c. 100 parcel lockers across Ireland

 

Process

  • DC Advisory was engaged by OOHPod to act as its exclusive corporate finance advisor to provide strategic advice in relation to its Series A fundraise
  • DC Advisory worked closely with OOHPod to engage a group of potential investors, with a focus on identifying equity partners who were aligned to the shareholders’ goals and committed to supporting OOHPod’s expansion plans for its parcel locker network
  • DC Advisory advised OOHPod on all material interactions with investors and led commercial negotiations

 

Outcome

  • In December 2023, OOHPod successfully raised €5.5m in a Series A fundraise from a syndicate of institutional investors and family offices
  • This transaction further showcases DC Advisory’s deep experience in the Logistics and Infrastructure space
