DC Advisory advises ORS Management on GoldenPeak’s strategic investment in the business
Background

- Operating in a highly fragmented global market, ORS has developed a collaborative culture and established itself as a consolidator in the Irish market, creating opportunities for further growth in Ireland and internationally
- GoldenPeak's strategic investment is expected to provide additional resources to support ORS's merger and acquisition strategy in Ireland, the UK and other markets
Process
- DC Advisory were appointed as exclusive financial advisors to the management team of ORS in the context of a recapitalization led by GoldenPeak
- DC Advisory led negotiations on the key commercial terms of the management reinvestment, with the aim of meeting shareholder objectives and maximizing value
Outcome
- GoldenPeak completed its investment in ORS in July 2026 and financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed
- The ORS management team will continue to oversee the next stage of the company’s growth with the support of GoldenPeak, with management retaining a significant shareholding in the company
- This marks a successful exit for Erisbeg, having initially invested in ORS in 2022
