Background
- Established in 1898, Giorgetti is a leading designer and manufacturer of contemporary high-end furniture, known for its high quality Made in Italy design
- In 2018, Giorgetti completed the acquisition of Battaglia – a producer of bespoke and large-scale living solutions for corporate and residential clients – and created Giorgetti Group
- Giorgetti Group has an international presence, with three production facilities in Italy and seven subsidiaries throughout Italy, France, Germany, US, UK, UAE and Singapore, serving 115 countries worldwide through ateliers and mono-brands, and a specialised network of dealers and agents
- Giorgetti is majority owned by independent private equity firm, Progressio SGR S.p.A., with the remaining stake owned by management
