DC Advisory advises the shareholders of Bloomfleet S.p.A on the sale of a minority stake to Shell Group

Background

  • Bloomfleet S.p.A (Bloomfleet) develops and manages innovative integrated solutions for the automotive and mobility industry

  • Bloomfleet provides fleet management through their application platform ‘Bloomoove’ as well as on-board unit (OBU) management

 Process

  • DC Advisory (DC) was engaged as financial advisor by Bloomfleet given its expertise in the sector and existing relationship with Bloomfleet's shareholders

  • DC worked closely with the shareholders and management team to support them during the entire sell-side process

  • DC provided comprehensive financial and strategic advice, including process strategy, due diligence coordination, close support during negotiations and transaction documentation preparation

 Outcome

  • Following a detailed due diligence process, Bloomfleet signed a sale and purchase agreement with Shell on 29 May 2023
  • Shell acquired 40% of the share capital of Bloomfleet
