Process

  • DC Advisory (DC) was mandated by the shareholders of LP Promotion (Abénex and the founder) to act as financial advisor and provide sell-side M&A advice
  • DC worked to provide views on valuation, process management and strategic advice, as well on assisting in commercial negotiations between the two parties, leveraging a strong understanding of the business and management’s priorities

Outcome

  • Aermont Capital LLP aims to provide the Group with the means to consolidate its leadership position by supporting the acceleration of their development in the coming years, including new regional openings, and the acceleration of the development and management of serviced residences
