- Founded in 1929, Paris Experience Group (PEG) is one of the leading providers of tourist experiences in Paris and across France, serving c.1.2m visitors per year and generated c.€89m in 2023
- Structured around two main brands, Paris City Vision and Paris Seine, PEG offers guided tours and city tours to discover iconic attractions in Paris and in French regions, as well as lunch/dinner cruises and private events on the Seine river through its own fleet of boats
- Under the ownership of Ekkio Capital and Montefiore Investment, PEG has launched initiatives that have developed the company, including: several structuring acquisitions, reinforcement of the dockside animation business through the launch of Noti Club on the Seine river, fleet decarbonization enabling PEG to become a pioneer in sustainable tourism, etc.

Process
- DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of PEG on its sale to ADP
Outcome
- In July 2024, ADP entered into exclusive discussions to acquire 100% of PEG’s capital
- The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year and no later than the first quarter of 2025, subject to approval by the French antitrust authority
- Through this transaction, ADP aims to diversify the value proposition of Extime, its hospitality and retail brand, to tourists visiting Paris. It intends to allow ADP to become a creator of experiences for tourists throughout their stay in Paris
