DC Advisory advises VINCI Energies on its acquisition of Wärtsilä SAM Electronics

VINCI Energies operates within four business lines: Infrastructure, Industry, Building Solutions and Information and Communication Technology, and employs 16,600 people

  • DC Advisory was exclusively engaged by VINCI Energies to provide buy-side M&A advice in relation to the acquisition of Wärtsilä SAM Electronics
  • DC Advisory provided comprehensive financial, strategic, and negotiation advice
  • DC Advisory leveraged its extensive experience in buy-side transactions, familiarity with Wärtsilä SAM Electronics, and deep knowledge across the Industrials sector to assist VINCI Energies throughout the acquisition process

Outcome

  • The transaction closed at the end of October 2025
  • Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed
  • This acquisition aims to enable VINCI Energies, through its brand Actemium, to expand its range of services in the Industrials sector and to strengthen its position in the German defense market
