International Women's Day 2026

At DC Advisory, we are proud of the progress made towards gender parity; maintaining our focus on attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent, and the advancement of women bankers throughout our organisation and the wider deal making community.
 
Since 2019, we have set ambitious targets to increase representation and support for women bankers. Our approach defines ‘women bankers’ as female professionals actively engaged in banking roles throughout DC Advisory. We are pleased to share the following achievements:

• Headcount growth: Our women banker headcount has nearly tripled (an increase of 191%) since 2019. This accounts for almost one-third of all net new hires
• DC GOLD*: Through our international women bankers’ network of more than 70 members across our international offices, we’ve hosted 12 DC GOLD* sessions to hear their experiences first hand and shape improvements that make DC Advisory a better place to work
• Supporting women founded business: We continue to champion businesses founded and led by women, and in 2025 supported deals with women led business worth circa. EUR 1m 
• Broader engagement: We host meaningful conversations with women in the deal-making community, recognising opportunities to influence positive change across the industry, including investment into marketplace partners, such as Angel Academe in the UK
• Inclusive development: Our staff benefit from tailored training in inclusive behaviours and career development, guided by insights from senior bankers and external experts, and recognising that achieving gender parity is everyone’s collective responsibility  

We remain steadfast in our commitment to reducing barriers to entry and supporting the professional growth of women bankers at DC Advisory and beyond, and our target for 30% women bankers, by 2030.
