As part of this year’s International Women’s Day, we’re reflecting on the progress we’ve made towards gender parity, including:

• Improving our women banker headcount by 38% since 2021
• Continuing to support local businesses founded by women, through hosted events and corporate partnerships
• Hosting 19 DC GOLD* sessions, listening to our women bankers, to understand their challenges and look for ways to improve their experience at the firm
• Facilitating meaningful conversations with women in the deal making community, to recognize how we can make a difference outside of our organisation
• Upskilling our employees in inclusive behaviours and shared insights on career development, confidence and family from the experiences of our senior bankers and external experts

However, we recognize that continuous improvement is still needed.
