Following last year's International Women's Day #ChooseToChallenge campaign, DC Advisory launched DC GOLD, our international network for female bankers. This is a community which provides:
- an empowered space to discuss experiences;
- an opportunity to consult on company policies/procedures;
- and ultimately a promise to ensure the 'DC experience' is equitable for all genders
In a continued effort to work collectively to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment, this year our global team demonstrates solidarity and their commitment to calling out:
- gender bias;
- discrimination;
- and stereotyping, at work and in our marketplaces
A willingness to #BreakTheBias is another step towards change...
