DC Advisory continues to expand its global Healthcare practice with addition of Hector M. Torres as Managing Director

Torres joins the firm with over 16 years of leadership experience in global M&A and strategic advisory assignments for healthcare organizations. During his most recent role as Co-Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at FocalPoint Partners, he advised on transactions such as CenExel Clinical Research’s (a Webster Equity Partners portfolio company) acquisition of Apex Innovative Sciences, Floyd Health System’s merger with Atrium Health and United Urology Group’s (an Audax Private Equity portfolio company) acquisition of Arizona Urology Specialists, among many others.
