DC Advisory hires Roy Toledano to boost financial sponsors coverage across Southeast Asia

Roy brings over 15 years of investment banking experience spanning Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Europe. Most recently, he served as APAC Head of Financial Sponsors Coverage at KPMG in Singapore, where he built and led its pan-APAC franchise. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Rippledot Capital, a Singapore-based advisory firm focused on sponsor sell-side transactions across Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Evercore in Hong Kong, rising to Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong M&A. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in London and Hong Kong. 

Over the past 12 months, 48% of DC Advisory's international clients were financial sponsors, and the firm completed 90 sponsor-related transactions. Over the same period, DC Advisory advised on 204 transactions globally, including 62 cross-border deals, across its product and sector teams, which include: Aerospace, Defense & Government Services; Business & Tech-Enabled Services; Consumer, Leisure & Retail; Education; Financial Services; Healthcare; Industrials; Infrastructure; Media & Telecom; Real Estate; and Technology & Software, Debt Advisory & Restructuring, GP Strategic Advisory, and Private Capital Markets teams.
