Roy Toledano

Roy Toledano is a Managing Director and Head of Singapore Investment Banking at DC Advisory. He has nearly 20 years of M&A advisory experience across Southeast Asia and Europe, including more than 15 years based in Hong Kong and Singapore. Roy specializes in advising financial sponsors on M&A transactions across Southeast Asia and has worked extensively with leading global and regional private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors.

Prior to joining DC Advisory, Roy spent 13 years at Evercore in Hong Kong, where he led the firm's Hong Kong M&A team. Most recently, he served as APAC Head of Financial Sponsors Coverage at KPMG in Singapore, where he established and led the firm's Asia-Pacific financial sponsors coverage platform.

Earlier in his career, Roy worked in Morgan Stanley's Technology Investment Banking team in London and Merrill Lynch's European M&A team, advising clients on a broad range of strategic and cross-border transactions.
