DC Advisory Ireland appoints former Morgan Stanley banker Mark Jennings to Technology & Software team
01 September 2026, Dublin: DC Advisory, an international investment bank committed to making a difference, today announces the appointment of Mark Jennings as Director in its Technology & Software team based in Dublin. Mark joins DC Advisory after more than a decade advising technology companies and investors across the US and Europe. Most recently, he was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley's Technology Investment Banking team in Menlo Park, California, where he advised on transactions involving some of the sector's best-known businesses.
Mark has worked on a range of notable technology M&A, strategic advisory and capital markets transactions, including Qualtrics' sale to Silver Lake, Qualtrics’ acquisition of Clarabridge, Turnitin’s sale to Advance, and the IPOs of Figma, Astera Labs, and Avast. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he worked in UBS's Technology, Media & Telecoms Investment Banking team in London and their Technology Investment Banking team in San Francisco.
Mark joins DC Advisory's global Technology & Software team, comprising nearly 70 bankers across Europe, Asia and the US. The practice advises founders, corporates and private equity investors across a broad range of sub-sectors, including Software, IT Services, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Infrastructure Software and Semiconductors. Based in Dublin, Mark will work closely with technology clients across Ireland and internationally, connecting them with DC Advisory's global platform and sector expertise.
Over the past 12 months, DC Advisory has advised on 184 transactions globally, including 60 cross-border deals. Recent Technology & Software-related transactions include advising SCHUFA on its acquisition of STRATECO, Neysa.AI on its $1bn capital raise by Blackstone and co-investors, Gcore on its strategic investment from Northern Data Group, Wingify on the sale of a majority stake to Everstone Capital and 360 Advanced on a minority investment from Bregal Sagemount.
