Mark Jennings

Mark is a Director in DC Advisory's Technology & Software team, based in Dublin, and brings more than a decade of experience advising technology companies and investors across the US and Europe.

Mark works closely with technology clients across Ireland and internationally, connecting them with DC Advisory's global platform and sector expertise. He has advised on a range of notable technology M&A, strategic advisory and capital markets transactions, including Qualtrics' sale to Silver Lake and its acquisition of Clarabridge, Turnitin's sale to Advance, and the IPOs of Figma, Astera Labs and Avast.

Before joining DC Advisory, Mark was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley's Technology Investment Banking team in Menlo Park, California. He previously worked in UBS's Technology, Media & Telecoms Investment Banking team in London and their Technology Investment Banking team in San Francisco.
