Mark Jennings

Mark joined IBI Corporate Finance (DC Advisory Ireland) in 2026 as a Director in its Technology & Software team based in Dublin.

Prior to joining DC Advisory Ireland, Mark spent over 10 years as an investment banker, initially with UBS in London and San Francisco and more recently with Morgan Stanley in Menlo Park, California, advising a broad range of both public and private clients on M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments.

Mark graduated from the University of Galway with a first-class honours degree in Engineering. He subsequently earned an M.Sc. in Engineering from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Imperial College London. He also completed the Summer Institute of Entrepreneurship at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
