DC Advisory launches Private Capital Markets practice with former Citigroup and Union Square Advisors' team leads

September 4, 2024, New York: DC Advisory, an international investment bank committed to making a difference, today announces the launch of its Private Capital Markets practice by announcing the hire of US leaders, Michael Moore and Jono Peters, based in New York City. Michael and Jono join from Citigroup and Union Square Advisors, where they led the firm’s Capital Markets business.
The US Private Capital Markets practice will broaden the firm’s existing services for clients, adding to the now 750 bankers in 11 global sector teams across 24 locations – with product specialists including Secondaries, Debt Advisory, Restructuring and Asia Market Access.
The new team's most recent notable transactions include advising Synamedia in its $460M refinancing, SoundHound in its $125M capital raise, and Grove Collaborative in its $107M debt refinancing.
