Michael Moore is a Managing Director at DC Advisory and Co-Head of its US Private Capital Markets practice, focused primarily on the origination of new business.  

Prior to joining the firm, Michael held senior roles in the Capital Markets team at Union Square Advisors and the Leverage Finance team at Citigroup. At Union Square Advisors, Michael specialized in providing highly tailored capital structure solutions for public and private companies for distribution in the private capital markets. At Citigroup, Michael focused on originating, structuring and executing corporate and sponsor-backed financings in the High Yield and Leverage Loan markets across various industry verticals.  

Michael started his career in London in the European Securitization team at Citigroup focused on structing asset-based transactions across Europe and the Middle East.  

Michael has a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management.
