Andrew brings 17 years’ Healthcare M&A experience, most recently at Houlihan Lokey, where he co-founded the European Healthcare team. Prior to this, Andrew held positions at Lazard and Deutsche Bank, and advised on 35 M&A deals totalling over $100bn and more than 30 completed financings totalling over $50bn. Notable transactions include: advising Oakley Capital on the acquisition of Horizons Optical from Sherpa Partners, A&M Capital on its acquisition of GBUK Group from H2, imes-icor on its sale to EMZ Partners on behalf of Ardian, Proteros on its sale to Inflexion, Astorg on its acquisition of Corden Pharma, and Sun European Partners on its acquisition of DD Group.
DC Advisory’s global Healthcare team comprises specialists in MedTech, Pharma, Outsourced Manufacturing, Care & Services, Healthcare IT and Supply Chain, and Life Sciences. This year, the team has completed 12 transactions, including advising: Ortho Rhode Island on its partnership with Spire Orthopedic Partners, Blackstone on its acquisition of I’rom Group, Näder Holding on its €1.1bn debt financing to support a buyback of shares from EQT, and Eurazeo on the sale of Peters Surgical to Advanced Medical Solutions Group.
