  • In November 2020, DC Advisory (DC), was hired as financial advisor to deliver a financing package as part of Survitec’s strategic growth plans
  • DC undertook a discrete and tailored lender outreach programme, communicating the credit story to deliver the required financing package

Outcome

  • DC successfully secured a competitive financing package for Survitec 
  • DC procured multiple competitive financing terms and structured a financing package to deliver:  
    • Highly bespoke, flexible terms (£270m unitranche facility, plus super-senior financing) to support Survitec’s growth plans
