Ciara O'Neill
Ciara is part of our DC Advisory UK team and brings over 20 years' investment banking experience to the firm.
Ciara joined DC from Mizuho Bank, where she was Head of Capital Markets in Europe for the Leveraged Finance division, prior to which she worked in the leveraged capital markets team at RBS and acquisition finance team at Lloyds.
Ciara says: "There are no 'standard' processes for my team. The range of sectors we work across, the constant evolution of the debt markets and the ever-increasing optionality we offer our clients mean that no two transactions are the same. Our ability to provide tailored solutions is part of the reason I think our independence is so valuable."
