DC Advisory advised TowerBrook Capital on its acquisition of AIM Aviation from LDC

AIM Aviation designs, engineers and manufactures cabin interiors for the world's major airlines on Airbus, Boeing and military aircraft, from its base in the UK.

DC Advisory ("DC") secured an exclusive position for TowerBrook Capital Partners ("TowerBrook") through an off-market approach to the existing shareholders.

TowerBrook is a leading international investment management firm with a differentiated strategy and a track record of creating value for investors. The firm is based in Europe and the USA and focuses on making investments in European and North American companies.

DC's sector knowledge and contacts assisted TowerBrook in their analysis of the opportunity and DC also advised on raising the acquisition finance for the transaction.

The transaction signed in September and completed on 7 October 2013.
