DC Advisory advised TowerBrook Capital Partners on the acquisition of Van Geloven

Van Geloven is the market leading manufacturer of frozen snacks and appetisers in the Benelux region.

DC Advisory ("DC") provided both M&A and debt advice to TowerBrook Capital Partners (U.K.) LLP ("TowerBrook") on the acquisition of Van Geloven.

Having extensive experience in the food sector, DC was knowledgeable on both the asset and the market in which it operates.

DC guided TowerBrook to move quickly into exclusive discussion, and to complete a deal from beginning to end in eight weeks.

TowerBrook announced the signing of the transaction on 23 March 2015. Terms were not disclosed.

This is the sixth food transaction by DC UK's Consumer team in the last 24 months.
