  • DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor for Carlyle on the sale of KANAMEL Co, Ltd. to Nippon Television 

Outcome

  • In April 2025, Nippon Television entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with KANAMEL
  • KANAMEL has become an equity-method affiliate of Nippon Television
  • This partnership aims to combine Nippon Television’s broadcasting, IP development, and customer base with KANAMEL’s creative capabilities
