July & August Highlights
DC Advisory advised SCHMID Group on a strategic capital raise from XJ Capital
SCHMID Group - a globally active technology and innovation leader for the electronics, photovoltaic and energy storage markets - has received strategic capital from XJ Capital - an Asia-based global alternative investments manager.
This investment will allow SCHMID Group o pursue its growth strategy in China with a strong local partner.
DC Advisory advised Home Care Plus on its significant growth investment from Cressey & Company
Home Care Plus - a leading provider of satisfaction management, training and performance benchmarking solutions for the home care industry - has received a growth investment from leading private equity firm, Cressey & Company.
Following this transaction, Cressey & Company will accelerate Home Care Pulse's product development efforts.
DC Advisory advised Castik Capital and Abry Partners on the acquisition of Reward Gateway
European private equity investment manager Castik Capital, and Abry Partners - a North America based private equity firm - have acquired Reward Gateway - a leading SaaS employee engagement platform.
This transaction will fuel the next stage of growth for Reward Gateway, advancing their mission to make the world a better place to work.
DC Advisory advised the shareholders of Groupe Interway on its sale to Sogetrel
Groupe Interway - a leading French technology specialist offering solutions across network, digital payment solutions, and kiosks & interactive solutions - has been acquired by technology solutions company, Sogetrel.
This transaction will allow Sogetrel to assist Groupe Interway in its next development phase.
DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to Great Learning on its acquisition by BYJU's
Great Learning - a provider of high quality upskilling and higher education programmes - has been acquired y leading edtech company, BYJU's.
This transaction will help Great Learning enhance their global presence.
