DC Advisory hosted its inaugural Infrastructure CFO Forum for finance leaders from across the industry to keep updated and make informed decisions through discussion and debate on global trends and insights.
We welcomed over 60 CFOs and clients for panel discussions on the importance of CFOs for the growth and development of businesses, addressing trends and themes including:
- The evolving role of a CFO and the importance of them developing their skill set in conjunction with business growth
- The valuation gap and the impact this will have on M&A for the foreseeable future
- Capital structures and the complexity of financing structures with multifaceted covenants and arrangements in uncertain markets
After the resounding success of the forum, we look forward to continuing to bring industry leaders and clients together to engage in meaningful discussions about the key challenges and opportunities shaping this industry. DC Advisory’s Infrastructure Managing Director, Andrew Congleton, was joined by industry experts, Gabrielle Dale (Blackstone Infrastructure Partners), Assia Belkahia (Antin), Vijay Sharma (McKinsey), and Benjamin Bygott-Webb (EQT) to discuss the valuation gap in the market from a buyer and seller perspective.
