About

Andrew is part of the DC Advisory Infrastructure team based in London, with over 20 years’ investment banking experience.

Andrew co-leads the Infrastructure M&A business within the broader franchise – with significant experience in complex M&A transactions, including the acquisition of Kellas Midstream from Antin Infrastructure to BlackRock and GIC, the sale of Foresight Metering to Arcus Infrastructure Partners, the acquisition of a minority stake in Solör Bioenergy Group by Polhem Infra, the sale of Idex from Cube Infrastructure Managers to Antin Infrastructure Partners, and the acquisition of a 61% stake in National Grid Gas Distribution by Quad Gas Group.

Prior to joining DC, Andrew was Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets following an eight-year tenure at Deutsche Bank after roles at Merrill Lynch and Lazard.

Andrew says: "I have been fortunate to have advised on many high profile, complex and successful infrastructure M&A transactions on both the sell and buy-side, across many infrastructure asset classes, across borders and in both public and private M&A. Giving the best independent advice is core to both DC Advisory’s and my approach."
