As part of DC Advisory’s commitment to an authentically inclusive culture, we’ll be recognizing the importance of Pride, via several opt-in global initiatives.
We know Pride isn’t just for June and through our continued efforts, we hope to continue our pledge to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace globally.
This International Pride, DC Advisory employees took time to discuss what #AllOurPride means in each location. We recognise the journey for us to create an authentically inclusive culture and this year we’ve:
- Successfully set up our international network for LGBTQIA+ employees & allies, DC ROSE, which helps drive forward our commitment to reducing inequality in the workplace
- Hosted a number of Pride themed breakfasts facilitating meaningful discussion and providing educational resources around allyship
- Hosted DC Advisory’s London ‘All Our Pride’ night - our LGBTQIA+ evening of fun, colour and conversation to celebrate allyship
