This International Pride, DC Advisory employees took time to discuss what #AllOurPride means in each location. We recognise the journey for us to create an authentically inclusive culture and this year we’ve:

  • Successfully set up our international network for LGBTQIA+ employees & allies, DC ROSE, which helps drive forward our commitment to reducing inequality in the workplace
  • Hosted a number of Pride themed breakfasts facilitating meaningful discussion and providing educational resources around allyship
  • Hosted DC Advisory’s London ‘All Our Pride’ night - our LGBTQIA+ evening of fun, colour and conversation to celebrate allyship
