As part of DC Advisory’s commitment to Reduce Inequalities (SDG 10), our mission is to create an authentically inclusive workplace with reduced barriers to entry, and to ensure our workforce reflects the societies in which we operate.
This Pride, we spotlight the importance of our international affinity group for LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies, DC ROSE; and the critical role it plays in helping us to progress against our commitment to reduce inequalities.
Since the inception of DC ROSE in 2021, we have:
- Held 50+ DC ROSE meetings, empowering our LGBTQIA+ members and allies via facilitating a safe space for discussion and experience sharing
- Hosted over 10 internal and external events, bringing colleagues, clients and contacts together
- Launched our corporate partnership with Out in Finance, opening opportunities to the LGBTQIA+ community
- Doubled the number of employees who identify as LGBTQIA+
