Christian Schmid

Christian is part of our Global Infrastructure Group based in Frankfurt, with more than 20 years of experience across Infrastructure advisory and investing.

He has extensive experience advising clients and leading Infrastructure investors and funds across Energy Transition, Utilities, Digital Infrastructure, Transport and Core Plus sub-sectors.

Prior to joining DC Advisory, Christian worked at Centrus Advisors where he advised on DACH deal origination, execution and German sponsor coverage. He also has previous experience as Co-Head of Infrastructure at Slate Asset Management, where he advised on investments across EV charging, Renewable Energy and Energy Transition businesses. Alongside this, Christian also worked at QIC Global Infrastructure where he led Utilities origination and spent more than a decade at RBC Capital Markets, advising leading Infrastructure investors, pension funds and corporate across Europe and North America.
