Emanuel Bischofberger

Emanuel is a Managing Director in DC Advisory's Technology & Software team, based in Munich. He leads the firm’s Technology efforts across the DACH region and plays a key role in strengthening the technology franchise across Europe.

With over 13 years’ experience in investment banking , Emanuel has advised on more than 40 transactions, specializing in Software, IT Services, and Cybersecurity. Prior to joining DC Advisory, he held positions at Lazard and Raymond James, building and leading the European Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Software practice at the latter.

Emanuel holds an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University and an LL.M. in Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Münster. He is fluent in German and English.
