Eric Edmondson
Eric is Vice Chairman of DC Advisory US and is based in San Francisco, with over 35 years’ of investment banking experience. He leads the firm’s Technology & Software practice and specializes in M&A, divestitures, corporate restructurings, fairness opinions and private placements.
Eric’s previous roles include Head of the Technology Practice at Signal Hill (acquired by DC Advisory’s parent company, Daiwa Securities Group, in 2018); Co-Founder and Head of Technology at Seven Hills; and Co-Head of Global Technology Group for ING Barings. Eric also worked for Furman Selz, Kidder Peabody & Co., CS First Boston, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan.
He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.
