Erin Harris

Erin is the Group Head of HR and is responsible for talent management, organizational development, and employee relations as well as the firm’s commitment to wellbeing and an inclusive culture.

Prior to joining DC Advisory, Erin spent two years within Goldman Sachs’ Human Capital Management team. Before this, Erin was Head of HR at NextCapital Group, and has also held roles in HR at Jackson National Asset Management, Northern Trust Corporation and Citadel Investment Group.
