Hikari Kubota

Based in our Tokyo office, Hikari specialises in providing M&A advisory services, with extensive experience advising clients on strategic transactions, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Prior to joining Daiwa Securities Group, she worked at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., where she was involved in investment activities across the medical and healthcare industries. Since 2020, she has been engaged in medical and healthcare-related research, investment, and advisory work, bridging industry knowledge with financial and strategic insights.

Hikari received her Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Tokyo and holds a Master’s degree from the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies at the University of Tokyo.
