Jacinta Brosnan

Jacinta is IBI Corporate Finance’s (DC Advisory Ireland) Chief Operations Officer, Company Secretary and a Director of the Company.  

Jacinta joined in 2003 as a Corporate Finance Executive and advised several leading Irish public, private and State-owned companies on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings, debt advisory and strategic advisory mandates.  

She graduated from the University of Limerick in 1998 with a first-class honours degree in Business Studies (Accounting & Finance) and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. She also has a Professional Diploma in Compliance from the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland.
