Kris Ng

Kris is part of DC Advisory’s Singapore team and brings over a decade of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on advising corporates and financial sponsors on M&A transactions across the Consumer, Leisure & Retail and Industrials sectors. 

Prior to joining DC Advisory, Kris developed his expertise at PwC Singapore and Equiteq, where he advised teams on mid-market, cross-border transactions throughout Southeast Asia. Throughout his career, Kris has supported and led transactions exceeding USD $800M in aggregate value. Kris also held corporate development roles at NTUC FairPrice Group, focusing on food service investments and value creation across portfolio companies.
