Based in San Francisco, Mike is a Vice President in DC Advisory’s Technology & Software team. He has over a decade of experience providing M&A advisory services to clients, working on numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions with leading private equity firms, public companies, and privately-owned businesses. Mike specializes in software, fintech, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining DC Advisory, Mike was a Vice President at Intrepid Investment Bankers (sold to Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), where he advised on M&A transactions involving private-equity backed companies and fast-growth, founder-led businesses in the Technology & Software industry.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from Pepperdine University.
