Oliver Parker

Oliver is a Managing Director in DC Advisory’s Technology & Software team, based in London, and brings over 20 years’ M&A experience, including more than 15 years advising technology and software businesses.

Oliver advises founders, corporates and private equity clients across the UK and Europe on M&A and capital raising transactions across software, fintech and IT services. He works closely with management teams and financial sponsors, providing strategic advice on complex and transformational transactions in the technology and software sector.

Before joining DC Advisory, Oliver was a Partner in the global Technology team at Alantra. He has also held roles at Arma Partners, William Blair, HSBC and KPMG. Oliver holds a BA in Geography from University College London.
