Stan Holtz

Based in our Chicago office, Stan is a Managing Director specializing in telecom and digital infrastructure services, with over 30 years’ investment banking advisory experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity, debt financing, and restructurings.

Prior to joining DC Advisory, Stan was a Managing Director at Truist Securities, Moelis & Company, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, UBS Investment Bank and DLJ. 

Stan earned his Master of Business Administration degree in finance and accounting from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in finance from DePaul University.
