Stan Ma

Based in Beijing, Stan is a key member of Daiwa Securities China team, where he leads ex-Japan cross-border M&A transactions. With over 15 years of industry experience, Stan possesses a strong track record of supporting the global growth strategies of Chinese enterprises across the Industrials, Consumer, and Technology sectors.  

He also brings deep expertise in assisting multinational corporations with navigating China’s capital markets, providing strategic advice on equity, debt, and M&A transactions. 

Prior to his current role, Stan held positions at China Renaissance, goetzpartners, and CITIC Securities. He earned his Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Zhejiang University.
