Xiaoyan Li

Xiaoyan is a key member of Daiwa Securities China and oversees the Investment Banking business, bringing over 20 years of experience in China’s capital markets. 

Her expertise spans corporate finance, investment management, and M&A across Consumer, Technology, and Manufacturing sectors. As a registered Sponsor Representative, she has successfully led and sponsored multiple initial public offerings (IPOs) and asset restructuring projects in China and directed numerous investment projects that have achieved substantial financial returns. 

Prior to joining DC Advisory, Xiaoyan held senior leadership roles at China Renaissance, CITIC Goldstone Investment, and CITIC Securities. She holds an International MBA from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree from Renmin University of China.
