Yaoyao Wang
Yaoyao joined DC Advisory in 2025 with 10 years of investment banking experience and 15+ years of total professional services experience across the US and the UK.
Prior to joining DC Advisory, Yaoyao was Head of European Medtech at William Blair, where she also covered dental products and ophthalmology globally. Before this, she was a Management Consultant at PwC Advisory, having started her career in public accounting at the company.
Yaoyao has extensive experience in M&A, growth equity and private placement, and public equity (IPO / follow-ons) in the Healthcare sector, having completed 35+ transactions totalling more than $22 billion in value. She has deep experience in Medical Devices, Life Sciences Tools and Diagnostics sub-sectors.
Yaoyao holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. She also has a BA in Economics and BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.
She is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant in the US.
