Inclusion and diversity starts with our own organization

Inclusive and diverse workplaces are better for business. We strive to create and maintain an authentically inclusive business with open minds and reduced barriers to entry. We define diversity as representing the societies in which we operate, and recognize that inclusion and diversity combined create value for us through innovation and productivity.

“An inclusive environment is central to our purpose. We want to foster an inclusive and diverse culture that not only reflects the communities we operate in but also creates diverse thinking.”

Our targets

One of our core areas of focus has been improving gender parity across our teams and we have set ambitious targets to improve our gender representation. We are working hard to develop further targets for other areas of inclusion and diversity.

1. Increase women bankers to 25% by 2025

2. Increase women bankers to 30% by 2030
