James brings 17+ years of corporate finance experience across Business Services and Industrials, specifically the Fire & Security / Technical Facilities Management, TICC, Specialty Consulting and Nursery spaces. Most recently, James was a Director within Houlihan Lokey's European Business Services team, having previously held senior positions at the Royal Bank of Canada and Rothschild & Co. James’ previous deals include advising APi Group on its acquisition of Chubb and Dartmouth Partners on its minority stake sale to Three Hills Capital Partners. 

DC Advisory’s global Business & Tech-Enabled Services team is led by 28 senior bankers across Europe, the US and Asia, with expertise in multiple verticals, such as: Facilities Management; Governance, Risk and Compliance; and Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance (TICC). The team has completed 14 transactions this year, including advising SPIE on its acquisition of OTTO LSE from Equistone, Sabeo Holdings Limited on its sale to BPVA Ireland Ltd, Rockpool on the sale of Mecsia to Synova and PSC Group on its recapitalization with TJC.
