Erin will be responsible for driving the firm’s commitment to wellbeing and an inclusive culture, assuming responsibility for organizational development, leadership, staffing, compensation, benefits and employee relations.

Erin spent 19 months within Goldman Sachs’ Human Capital Management team, where she covered Asset and Wealth Management, following the acquisition of NextCapital Group in 2022. Before this, Erin was Head of HR at NextCapital Group, an investment technology company, until its acquisition by Goldman Sachs. She has also held roles in HR at Jackson National Asset Management, Northern Trust Corporation and Citadel Investment Group.
