Process

• DC Advisory (DC) was engaged by Antin to provide buy-side M&A advice to support its acquisition of Wildstone from DigitalBridge
• DC leveraged its extensive experience to contribute to several detailed work streams, including:
  • business plan formulation and analysis;
  • financial modelling and valuation;
  • due diligence coordination;
  • drafting of Investment Committee materials; and
  • supporting negotiations with the seller and its advisers

Outcome

• On August 2, 2022, Antin entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Wildstone. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions
