Ilya Gladenko
Ilya is part of our DC Advisory UK team with nearly 10 years' investment banking experience, specializing in a range of Infrastructure sectors including power, utilities, telecom and transport infrastructure.
Previous roles have included as a Director at UBS Investment Bank in London, overseeing the power, utilities and infrastructure space in Europe.
Ilya says: "I joined DC Advisory's Infrastructure team in 2018 because of its excellent market reputation for M&A and debt advisory. Since joining the team, I have worked on a number of significant transactions, including: advising Fiera Infrastructure on the acquisition of a 50% stake in Wightlink; and advising Equitix on the acquisition of Crail Limited, a portfolio of operational meters, from SMS plc."
