DC Advisory advised FASHIONPHILE on its growth investment from NewSpring Growth
FASHIONPHILE, a California-based pre-owned accessories e-commerce company, announced it has raised $38.5 million in a Series B funding led by NewSpring Growth.
This funding will drive operational and geographic scale, further expanding FASHIONPHILE's footprint and enable the company to open new regional development centres both domestically and abroad.
DC Advisory advised SUN Mobility on its investment from Bosch
Bosch, a provider of technology services in the mobility ecosystem globally has acquired a 26% stake in SUN Mobility through an investment vehicle.
DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to SUN Mobility on its investment by Bosch.
