Tod is Managing Director of our DC Advisory Poland & CEE team located in Warsaw, and has over 21 years of M&A experience.
Previous roles have included CEE focused Managing Director at Lazard in London, a partner at Enterprise Investors and, previously, a US Treasury Adviser to the Minister of Finance of Poland, with an official commendation.
